As I said in my last post I’ve been getting into cooking.
It’s super-liberating and lots of fun.
I’ve een enjoying making delicious food, and it’s great for saving money too!
And it’s a lot healthier as you know exactly what goes into every single dish.
Here’s a few dishes I’ve been cooking lately:
Traditional tomato stir-fry with egg
Stir Fried Beef with Bean Sprouts
Stir Fried Beef Noodles
Rice Congee with Preserved Vegetables and Egg
Sichuan Cucumber Salad
All of these dishes were cooked up from scratch and tasted pretty good.
Super proud of how far I’ve come. And you know what. It’s not that hard, and it’s a lot of fun!
